DESCRIPTION:Call for Nominations to CSCO Board of Directors-One & Two year positions 2020-2022 \nDeadline for nominations is Sat\, Sept 12\, 2020 by 4 pm \nCommunity Sport Councils of Ontario is pleased to announce the call for nominations for all Directors positions for the 2020-2022 Board of Directors. The fall election will take place on Sat\, Oct 17 Annual General Meeting and will include the election of the following positions; \nSeven Board of Director’s positions as required by CSCO; \n\n4 Regional Director positions\, one for each region (North\, East\, Central & West ) nominated from the regions\n3 Director At Large positions nominated from any region in Ontario\nEach Director shall be elected for a one or two-year term dependent upon their interests\, position\, and availability.\nDirectors positions are volunteer positions with no remuneration except expense reimbursement as approved by the Board\nOnce the Board of Directors are finalized\, the Officers (President\, Vice President\, Secretary\, Treasurer & other Officers) will be elected at the upcoming AGM on Oct 17 which may include operational committees such as Administration\, Marketing & Communications\, Events\, Operations\n\nThe Director’s role; \n\nThe role of a Director is to serve as a voting member of the CSCO Board\nUnderstand and demonstrate a commitment to the organizations vision\, mission and beliefs to build and sustain Community Sport in Ontario\nActively participate in quarterly Board Meetings\, Sub-Committee meetings and any Special events\nSign agreement with CSCO’s Code of Ethics & Conflict of interest guidelines\nShare individual expertise to encourage organizational discussion\, assist in the building of collaboration’s and partnerships to strengthen community sport in Ontario\n\nNominations may be submitted by electronic mail to; \nBoard Nomination Committee \nAttention: Kevin Arnsdorf\, Sport Consultant E Mail: kevinacsco@gmail.com \nDeadline for nominations is Sat\, Sept 12\, 2020 by 4 pm  \nwww.communitysportcouncils.com
