2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Community Sport Councils Ontario (CSCO) is pleased to announce and give formal notice of our 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Members of the CSCO is make up of Community Sport Council that have applied for membership, Affiliate members, and Corporate members. Only Community Sport Council members having voting options.

Date: Saturday, November 29, 2025
Time: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Location: Humber College – North Campus
205 Humber College Boulevard, Toronto, ON M9W 6V3

This year’s AGM will bring together representatives and supporters from across Ontario’s community sport network to review our collective progress, share updates on key initiatives, and elect Directors to the CSCO Board.

AGM Package:
Registered attendees will receive the following materials in advance of the meeting:

• AGM agenda and Director nomination details
• Minutes from the 2024 AGM
• Chair and Treasurer reports
• Bylaws and votes to set membership fees at $0 for 2025.

  • Those that can not attend in person will be send a virtual link.

Following the AGM, we invite members to stay and take part in the 2025 Toronto Sport Summit – “Sustaining Community Sport.”
This event will provide a dynamic opportunity to connect with peers, share strategies, and collaborate on the future of community sport in Ontario.
